Notice is hereby given that the Avon Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on September 25, 2019 beginning at 7:05 PM in the Avon Township Hall.

This hearing will consider an application submitted by James & Margaret Lehner for their property at 18304 Red Maple Drive, Avon; PID 03.01157.0000) for a variance to construct a home that would be 58 feet from the center-of-the-road. This application, if approved, would permit construction 5 feet closer to the road than is currently permitted.
